If I could give 6 stars I would! Ryan and Matt were absolutely amazing fixing my drywall and repainting from a previous gas leak. Easily the nicest, most professional construction guys I have ever dealt with. They were happy to take extra time and care to explain the work they were doing and even give me advice to fix other little things around my house. Very impressed! Thank you!

We had a flooding occur from the suite above us. We were also leaving for vacation two days later (very stressful). They already had fans and equipment in our suite before I got home from work and were on their way to fixing this for us before we even left.
While we were on vacation they kept in contact, sent us pictures and they had everything except for some small painting to be done by the time we got home.
I was so thankful that we had them handle this for us as we have never had a claim to deal with before.

Insurance Restoration Pro has done a fantastic job with the flood restoration in my moms condo! Adam and his crew were not only timely and efficient with the whole process, they were always so professional and respectful when in her place. My mom has dementia and they all treated her so well! If you are in need of restoration I cannot recommend this company enough!!

Adam and his crew provided exceptional service for our cabin’s water damage. Restoration was done in a timely manner with beautiful results. Communication was always quick and all matters of the restoration were always explained clearly. This company went over and above throughout the whole restoration and I would highly recommend them for any project.

Darren M., Adam R. and the crew were so professional and helpful in getting our basement back to being liveable. We paid for some upgrades to what our insurance replacement covered that IRPRO installed. So happy with our basement which went from yucky to a place where we can have gatherings. Didn’t need the service but he was super friendly on the phone and gave me detailed instructions on how to diy clean my area rug. Very nice guy! No bs and sales tactics. I appreciated this after talking to numerous companies that want your email before a quote so they can spam you.

Adam was very friendly and professional. He showed up on time and brought Matt the drywaller , who would be doing the repair with him . Adam explained the process and the time frame involved . Matt showed up on time , was very professional and meticulous. The job involved replacing insulation and replacing a patch of drywall that had been water damaged in a ceiling . Due to the fact the ceiling was flat and not textured , the patch had to be invisible. Matt did an awesome job ! I could not tell where the patch was when he was done . Adam came back twice to see how the job was progressing and helped Matt with the clean up .We are completely satisfied with the finished product and would not hesitate to recommend Insurance Restoration Pro . Thank you Adam and Matt for your caring and attention to detail

When you feel like your world has just collapsed, in my case a flood, this is the emergency crew you want responding. Not only did they arrive in record time I felt like I had been wrapped in a blanket of professionalism. They took care of absolutely everything including dealing with the insurance company. If I ever have another disaster, I want IRPro in my corner. Especially Adam!! He is an exceptional leader and coordinator. He is approachable, easy to work with, understanding and always going that extra mile. You are in excellent hands with Adam and IRPro as they change your negative experience into a workable solution.

I am incredibly fortunate that IR Pro was the company my strata uses. When I reported the leak I discovered in my condo they were on site within a day, and immediately covered the area where the leak was, treated all mould sites, and addressed the moisture issue, which was so wonderful for my peace of mind as I have young children and was worried for their safety (and mine!).
When the problem proved to be more complicated than it initially seemed to be, they were completely honest with me, willingly brought in consultants and specialists, and generally worked incredibly hard to really get to the bottom of the issue and make sure it was completely resolved and not just apply a temporary fix. Wherever they found any sign of a potential issue, they investigated thoroughly to make sure they fully addressed it.
No matter how minor my concerns (a mouse moved in for a couple of days, and I learned I am apparently terrified of mice, not cool and calm like I'd always thought I would be 😊) they never dismissed me or put me off—they were empathetic and responded as though I was a top priority.
I worked in property management for years, but have never worked with such an up-front, honest, responsible, responsive company. I've also never seen a company go above and beyond like this, including replacing exterior fascia boards, drywalling, painting, and replacing/painting trim, removing damaged patio tiles, pressure washing, cleaning carpets, etc., etc.
I was struck by the fact that no one I met was a “just do the job and go home” employee—everyone showed personal pride and accountability in their work. So IR Pro didn't just fix the leak, but fixed everything else that was damaged by the leak—it was very clear the end goal seemed to be to make my condo look perfect, not just … dry and rodent-free. And it does!
(And no mice were harmed in the process, either 😊)

Very friendly, professional and accommodating. In 2019 Darren removed mould and redid our bathroom, all while dealing with a very difficult tenant. Did a great job and we highly recommend him.

Quite pleased! Very pleasant and courteous team.
Adam and team were very respectful of our expectations and concerns. Always made sure they communicated the project plan and the next steps to us on a regular basis, so we knew what to expect and how to organize our time.
We also like supporting a local company during this time of great uncertainty. Physical distancing practices were followed by Adam and the team.
We have no hesitation in recommending this company to friends and family.

Our dishwasher upstairs sprung a leak and dripped down through the kitchen floor into the downstairs hallway ceiling. We caught it quickly, it could’ve been so much worse! But still bad enough that part of the ceiling downstairs and the entire kitchen floor had to be replaced. The process was stressful but luckily we were in good hands. I was happy with the quality of service received all around, but I have to give extra credit to Adam for overseeing everything and being unbelievably professional, on top of things and highly responsive in communication. He was the glue that held everything together. The customer service was fantastic and the quality of the end result was excellent as well

Adam took great care of us during this entire process. Especially considering we were out of province, he supplied us photos and updates consistently and went above and beyond to alleviate our natural apprehension in a situation like this. I found Darren the owner and Adam his right hand man to be very conscientious and professional. Kind of like Holmes on Holmes very thorough, thoughtful, and professional.

They also stand behind there work which is a huge benefit. My wife left the water filter loose on our washing machine it flooded the entire ceiling below.

Insurance restoration drive through the biggest snow storm in Rosedale’s history to come do the initial assessment.
