As you can imagine I did one of the most silliest things, I left the utility sink in the laundry room on and walked away and got sidetracked with an issue outside my home. Twenty or so minutes later I came back in and was in the kitchen washing my hands and there was no hot water. When I went to the laundry room it was overflowing. I dealt with the water as fast as I could as a friend who was with me then called Darren. Within 20 minutes, he had guys here and they were taking care of the problem. I remembered him from before when I bought my house and I had found black mold and wanted it remediated at that time. Him and his crew did an amazing job. So I was very lucky to be able to find him again and have him come out and take care of something that was more than just stressful. I can not put into words the amount of stress this man and his company has lifted off my shoulders and how calming and caring he has been in times of an emergency through both of my issues. I just cannot say enough about this company and Darren.
He has gone above and beyond to rectify my issue.
I really wish everybody who is reading this Would you know what this company has done for me in my hour of need?

Job was perfect. Very clean work. Knowledgeable, respectful, friendly and very good at communicating what the next step was and when it would be happening. We had a flood and the cleanup was thorough so no concerns of mold. Would recommend 100%.

Adam was very friendly and professional. He showed up on time and brought Matt the drywaller , who would be doing the... repair with him . Adam explained the process and the time frame involved . Matt showed up on time , was very professional and meticulous. The job involved replacing insulation and replacing a patch of drywall that had been water damaged in a ceiling . Due to the fact the ceiling was flat and not textured , the patch had to be invisible. Matt did an awesome job ! I could not tell where the patch was when he was done . Adam came back twice to see how the job was progressing and helped Matt with the clean up .We are completely satisfied with the finished product and would not hesitate to recommend Insurance Restoration Pro . When you feel like your world has just collapsed, in my case a flood, this is the emergency crew you want responding.... I am incredibly fortunate that IR Pro was the company my strata uses. When I reported the leak I discovered in my... condo they were on site within a day, and immediately covered the area where the leak was, treated all mould sites, and addressed the moisture issue, which was so wonderful for my peace of mind as I have young children and was worried for their safety (and mine!).When the problem proved to be more complicated than it initially seemed to be, they were completely honest with me, willingly brought in consultants and specialists, and generally worked incredibly hard to really get to the bottom of the issue and make sure it was completely resolved and not just apply a temporary fix. Wherever they found any sign of a potential issue, they investigated thoroughly to make sure they fully addressed it.No matter how minor my concerns (a mouse moved in for a couple of days, and I learned I am apparently terrified of mice, not cool and calm like I'd always thought I would be 😊) they never dismissed me or put me off—they were empathetic and responded as though I was a top priority.I worked in property management for years, but have never worked with such an up-front, honest, responsible, responsive company. I've also never seen a company go above and beyond like this, including replacing exterior fascia boards, drywalling, painting, and replacing/painting trim, removing damaged patio tiles, pressure washing, cleaning carpets, etc., etc.I was struck by the fact that no one I met was a “just do the job and go home” employee—everyone showed personal pride and accountability in their work. So IR Pro didn't just fix the leak, but fixed everything else that was damaged by the leak—it was very clear the end goal seemed to be to make my condo look perfect, not just … dry and rodent-free.
