I am incredibly fortunate that IR Pro was the company my strata uses. When I reported the leak I discovered in my... condo they were on site within a day, and immediately covered the area where the leak was, treated all mould sites, and addressed the moisture issue, which was so wonderful for my peace of mind as I have young children and was worried for their safety (and mine!).When the problem proved to be more complicated than it initially seemed to be, they were completely honest with me, willingly brought in consultants and specialists, and generally worked incredibly hard to really get to the bottom of the issue and make sure it was completely resolved and not just apply a temporary fix. Wherever they found any sign of a potential issue, they investigated thoroughly to make sure they fully addressed it.No matter how minor my concerns (a mouse moved in for a couple of days, and I learned I am apparently terrified of mice, not cool and calm like I'd always thought I would be 😊) they never dismissed me or put me off—they were empathetic and responded as though I was a top priority.I worked in property management for years, but have never worked with such an up-front, honest, responsible, responsive company. I've also never seen a company go above and beyond like this, including replacing exterior fascia boards, drywalling, painting, and replacing/painting trim, removing damaged patio tiles, pressure washing, cleaning carpets, etc., etc.I was struck by the fact that no one I met was a “just do the job and go home” employee—everyone showed personal pride and accountability in their work. So IR Pro didn't just fix the leak, but fixed everything else that was damaged by the leak—it was very clear the end goal seemed to be to make my condo look perfect, not just … dry and rodent-free.
